Importance of Induction

  1. First day induction is the most important date for new joiners and decides the transition from educational institute to the corporate world
  2. Not attending induction on the scheduled date impacts your working ahead in the organization
  3. First timers have new challenges coming ahead and this is the only place where you get the senior leadership team in one place
  4. Getting the vision and mission right is the most important think on alignment

  • Every company goes through its cycle of growth and each cycle has their own challenges
  • We are in the growth cycle and here we all are to leverage the maximum
  • Liberty to do things in your way comes only when you start performing

Office Timing

  1. ISF Analytica & Informatica Pvt. Ltd. is working for 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday which should account for maximum 48 hours of productive time excluding an hour for lunch and tea breaks
  2. The normal working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and you are expected to work not less than 45 hours each week, and if necessary for additional hours depending on your responsibilities.
  3. We need to be on time and the latest in-time would be 10 am and the out-time would be maximum 7 am.
  4. Any delay beyond 10 am would be accounted as half day and would be cutting down your leaves
  5. You will be required to work for such hours as necessary for the proper discharge of your duties to the Company.
  6. Please fill the daily muster with in-time and out-time or you will be marked absent by the Admin

Productivity

  • Productivity describes various measures of the efficiency of production. A productivity measure is expressed as the ratio of output to inputs used in a production process, i.e. output per unit of input. Productivity is a crucial factor in production performance of firms and nations.Productivity is a measure of the efficiency of a person, machine, factory, system, etc., in converting inputs into useful outputs.
    Productivity is computed by dividing average output per period by the total costs incurred or resources (capital, energy, material, personnel) consumed in that period. Productivity is a critical determinant of cost efficiency.

Training & Learning

  1. Training is a major important part of our world
  2. We are in emerging tech and we need to upgrade ourselves as and when required
  3. Anyone who finds oneself less with workload should immediately turn toward getting trained in some aligned requirements
  4. The marketing and the development team needs to align themselves in what they are developing and what they are selling
  5. So the first training essential is the product training that would be delivered by the manager, the manager being coordinating the same amongst themselves
  6. We have very many sources available today in terms of internal library, online free or paid training sites, kindle books, etc.
  7. Also hardbound books taken from office needs to be entered into the books register before taking the same. You can at max keep the book with you for a week after which you need to renew it. Any loss or damage of book would be deducted from the salary.

Leave Policy

  • There are no Privileged Leaves during induction period for trainees and 6 months for new joiners
  • Only leaves available are Sick Leaves and Casual Leave with prior intimation to HR and your manager
  • National holidays would be taken as per company holiday list

Once confirmed,

Numbers of leaves entitlement in a company depends upon state you are in. Every state has different leave entitlement and leave policies which should be seen before one defines leave policy of your company. Leave policy of a company cannot be less than that mentioned by the State’s shop and establishment act.

Generally, all State Legislations has common provision for major matters. They provide at least seven holidays for national and other festivals. Republic day, Independence Day and Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday are compulsory holidays. Employer and Employees had given right to decide remaining national and festival holidays.

Similarly, minimum seven days casual leave and 14 days sick leave is provided to employees.
