Our Culture

  • Usage of personal phone and being on personal call or chats is deterrent to productivity and would be treated negative during performance management. Urgent calls limited to few minutes would only be entertained.
  • You can always let your near and dear one know your office culture and timing so that they call you only after office hours.
  • For marketing team, company provides phones to make marketing calls only
  • Sexual harassment or intimidation in any way seen in the office premise or otherwise would be resulting in immediate termination
  • No loose talks would be tolerated in the office and if found doing so would be warned by the management with necessary action if required
  • You will be under CCTV surveillance in the office during office hours
  • You are responsible for your safety outside office premises but we are responsible for the same when in office
  • Any theft of office IP would be treated as the highest level of infringement and would result in legal actions if required
  • Likewise all material and documents related to office should be returned before end of service tenure
  • Any damage in terms of deletion of work from the server or local machine would as well be treated as the highest level of infringement and would result in legal actions if required

Active Participation

  • We encourage strong participation in discussions that are productive to the company and not otherwise
  • An healthy argument is as well welcome
  • As our company is multi-gender we strongly feel the need to respect each one of us and treat everyone the same way
  • No insulting statements against anyone would be tolerated, especially those who are not up to the mark in performance as we consider every one different
  • Any kind of complaints/discomfort, leading to non-performance or otherwise, received by your manager or HR in the escalation path has to be dealt amicably
